Access control
Single monitored gate. Visitors are logged and escorted. Pupils are released only to authorised adults on the family's pick-up list.
Transport safety
Every bus has a named driver and matron, a capacity limit enforced by the system, and a route manifest. Live GPS tracking is architected into the platform and will be enabled route by route.
Attendance follow-up
Absences are recorded by 9:00 a.m. and parents of unexplained absentees are contacted the same morning.
Child protection
A published child-protection and anti-bullying policy, designated safeguarding lead, and a confidential reporting route for pupils and parents.
Health
A sick bay staffed during school hours, first-aid trained staff, and mandatory medical information on every student record.
Emergency broadcast
School-wide emergency notices are pushed to every portal and the public website within minutes.
